34 years behind the mask

I love model building; as an apprentice in 1976 it was clear that I had found my niche. As the evolution of technology; as applied to architectural and engineering model making; accelerates I have gladly risen to each new technique. Today APM laser cuts all materials accurately from CAD files; uses 3D printing for repetitious parts; brass etchings for fine detail & CNC cutting for topography. Perfection is mathematic though; I am grateful to have retained the traditional skills of hands on model building as I believe that gives my creations the human contact that is critical for a great sales tool. I still mix all my own paints and apply them myself, match the landscaping to actual horticultural surroundings and plant all of the trees one at a time. I am enamored of each new project; on the team 100%; and am at your service with all of these skills!
